1. What is a high-frequency skincare wand and how does it work?
A high-frequency wand is a hand-held device that uses a mild electrical current through a glass electrode. This creates a gentle glow and a small amount of oxygen-enriched molecules at the skin’s surface, helping refresh and invigorate your complexion.

2. How often should I use the device?
For best results, start slowly: 2–3 times per week is enough. Give your skin a rest day in between sessions.

3. How long should each session be?
Begin with no more than 3 minutes total per session. Keep use on any single area to 1 minute or less. As your skin adjusts, you may gradually increase within safe guidelines.

4. Who should avoid using this device?
Do not use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, have heart conditions, or a history of seizures/epilepsy. Remove all jewelry before use.

5. Is it safe, and are there side effects?
When used correctly, it is generally considered safe. Temporary redness or a mild tingling sensation may occur, which is normal. Overuse can cause irritation, so stick to the recommended times.

6. Can I use it if I have rosacea, spider veins, or broken capillaries?
It’s not recommended to use the device directly on these areas. If you have skin concerns, consult a licensed professional before use.

7. What products should I use with the wand?
Use on clean, dry skin or over a gauze layer. After treatment, apply a gentle moisturizer. Avoid alcohol-based or oil-based products during use.

8. Can I use it with strong skincare actives (like retinoids or acids)?
It’s best to avoid strong actives such as retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, or benzoyl peroxide on the same day as treatment. This reduces the chance of irritation.

9. Which glass attachments should I use?

• Mushroom electrode: for larger areas like cheeks and forehead

• Curved electrode: for small areas like around the nose

• Point electrode: for very brief spot treatments

• Comb electrode (if included): for scalp stimulation

10. How do I safely spot-treat a blemish?
Use the pointed electrode just above the blemish for a few seconds, then move on. Avoid holding it on the same spot for too long.
